If your rent or service charges change, we’ll always let you know in advance, but your Direct Debit will continue to work as normal.
If your Direct Debit payment is due to be taken on a day that falls on a Bank Holiday, please be aware the payment will not be collected from your bank account and paid to Torus until the next working day. Please ensure you leave the money in your bank account to cover the Direct Debit rent payment.
