July 2024 Direct Debit Migration: Last November, you may have received a letter to advise that you are moving Direct Debit supplier.  Unfortunately, due to unforeseen issue, this process was put on hold. However, we are now able to advise that starting 24 July, we are switching to AllPay to manage our Direct Debit payment collections. There should be no impact to payments, but a letter with details will be sent to all DD customers.

If your rent or service charges change, we’ll always let you know in advance, but your Direct Debit will continue to work as normal.

If your Direct Debit payment is due to be taken on a day that falls on a Bank Holiday, please be aware the payment will not be collected from your bank account and paid to Torus until the next working day.  Please ensure you leave the money in your bank account to cover the Direct Debit rent payment.
