Our Neighbourhood Team is key to ensuring a high-quality front-line service for our tenants, residents, and partners.
Following a review of the service in 2024, designed to ensure we are more responsive to tenants needs through spending more time in our Torus neighbourhoods – we have increased the number of Neighbourhood Officers (NOs), reducing the size of the area they cover.
They are a proactive team, with an active presence in the neighbourhoods they are responsible for managing the sustainability of our estates and building safe, strong communities where people want to live.
They will strive to build a strong and healthy relationship with you so we can be there for you when you need us, helping us achieve a ‘right first time’ resolution.
They are your first point of contact for everyday queries about your home and your community.
