As a Torus customer, you can access free advice and support to help make sure you’re making the most of your money. Not only is help available from Torus Foundation to help with energy and fuel advice, but Torus customers can now access free advice for welfare benefits, budgeting and debt advice from Citizens Advice.

Need help to budget and manage your money? Then help is available from Torus Foundation, who offer a range of support and can help you identify courses that may be useful for you.
Our dedicated and helpful Income Team can help you set up an affordable payment plan if you find yourself in arrears or struggling to pay your rent.
With everything moving online, including claiming benefits and maintaining your UC claimant commitments, the Torus Foundation help by signposting you to local community groups and local authority sessions and short course.
The Torus Foundation teams works with employers across the region to bring you the latest job opportunities and provide weekly drop-in sessions to help with job applications, job searches and more.
Debt doesn’t go away so if you’re having money troubles, don’t ignore them, act. As well as support from Torus, there are lots of organisations available who will offer free, confidential advice and support.
