Torus has established a designated email inbox for you to contact us and to send your enquiries to. If you are an MP or a Councillor, you can make contact with Torus via your usual Torus contacts, or email our Customer Hub inbox info@torus.co.uk. A member of staff will then forward your enquiry to the correct designated team/inbox.
If you're a journalist with a press enquiry, please send it directly to our Communications Team by emailing communications@torus.co.uk. This email account is only monitored Monday to Friday during office hours.
Individuals have the right to access information about their personal data that Torus is processing. Individuals can exercise this right easily and at reasonable intervals to verify the lawfulness of the processing. To submit a Subject Access Request, please complete the form at the link below.
Between Christmas and New Year, our Torus receptions opening times are slightly different. They will close at 4pm on Monday, 24 December, and reopen at 9am on Friday, 27 December. They will close on Tuesday, 31 December, at 4pm and reopen at 9am on Thursday, 2 January 2025, when we return to our usual opening hours.
