If you have contacted the Housing Ombudsman Service, please stay alert and be careful if you get any unexpected emails, phone calls, or text messages asking for personal information.

The information will be stored for a maximum of 6 years at which point it will be removed from the Torus Group systems. The information will also be reviewed anually, and deleted within the 6 year retention period if no longer needed. All of the information is stored securely on our servers.
