Properties readily available now

Torus primarily allocates social and affordable rented properties through local authority systems like Property Pool Plus (PPP) or Under One Roof (U1R).

Occasionally, we have 'readily available' properties due to limited demand or specific criteria (e.g. 55+ for sheltered accommodation). These homes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible customers.

If you're interested in a property shown below as 'available now,' please fill out the expression of interest form below. If accepted, we’ll ask for:

• Proof of ID
• National Insurance Number
• Household income and savings details

We’ll then check your details and, if everything’s in order, arrange to show you the property.

Afterward, if you'd like to proceed, you’ll need to provide references and complete a pre-tenancy/affordability assessment. Upon successful completion, you can sign the tenancy, collect your keys, and move in.
