Each of the 130 apartments have a kitchen, a bathroom with level access wet rooms, one or two-bedrooms and a living area. They are designed specifically to accommodate people with mobility issues and to provide a comfortable and safe environment.
Foundry Wharf is more than just a home, it is a scheme that actively promotes and encourages physical and mental wellbeing, which offers opportunities to socialise.
Extra Care is all about ensuring your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Foundry Wharf has an emergency alarm which lets you call for assistance should you need it, with staff carrying out regular wellbeing checks. ‘Assistive’ technology is also installed throughout the building, which allows residents to contact the team for emergency help and can also be used with a range of devices such as falls pendants and activity sensors to allow residents to stay independent for longer.
On-site care and support will be delivered by Torus Support Network housing team and the care provider.
