Torus62 Ltd is both the group’s parent and the North West’s biggest affordable housing provider. The commercial business areas of HMS and Torus Developments provide complementary activities and generate profits for Torus Foundation to change lives and unlock social value. Our committees provide structural oversight and make sure we remain on track to deliver.
