Torus Group Unveils Five-Year Corporate Plan

Torus Group, a leading provider of affordable housing in the North West, has announced the launch of its new five-year Corporate Plan,

Developed through collaboration with stakeholders including residents, colleagues, and board members, the plan reaffirms Torus Group's commitment to its mission to grow stronger communities, while outlining key objectives for 2024-2029.

At the heart of this plan are three core focuses:

  1. People and Services: Emphasising delivering high-quality services for all customers and the empowerment of colleagues.
  2. Homes and Communities: 'Addressing the need for quality housing by investing in existing homes, building new homes where they are most needed and actively contributing to the creation of vibrant, thriving communities.
  3. Viability and Sustainability: 'Ensuring that the Group can continue to generate positive impacts for people, homes and communities for the long-term.

Clear targets and performance indicators have been established for each focus area, providing a roadmap for success and accountability.

Partnerships

Additionally, the plan emphasises the significance of collaboration and partnership in addressing pressing societal challenges such as the housing crisis, mental health support, and environmental sustainability.
