Torus Appoints New People Director

Torus has appointed Debbie Attwood as its new Group People Director.

Debbie joins the Torus Group Leadership Team in January 2023 and will be responsible for HR and Organisational Development, Health, Safety and Environment, and Diversity and Inclusion.

Bringing a wealth of people and organisational capability, along with cultural transformation experience, Debbie gained in a range of senior leadership roles within Housing, Policing and the Civil Service.

Debbie holds a Masters in Strategic Human Resources Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD).

Supporting and enabling people and organisations to be the best they can be is Debbie’s passion and she is a People Committee Member at Clwyd Alyn, a North Wales based Housing Association.
