Involved tenants join a fun-filled workshop in Liverpool

08 April 2025

On Friday 28 February 2025 a group of 12 involved tenants joined our Tenant Voice team for a workshop in the heart of Liverpool, exploring repairs at Torus.

The group took a deep dive into the repairs process, from first contact to final fix, looking at what is done well and the areas in need of improvement. Involved tenants shared their experiences, including positive examples and time when repairs hadn’t gone as well as they had expected they should have.

Next steps

The findings from the workshop will be shared with our Group Assets Director and her senior team to help make the repairs journey better. We’re committed to taking your feedback and weaving it into our service improvement plan, so future repairs will be smoother than ever.

Get involved

If this repairs workshop has inspired you to get involved in shaping services at Torus, our Tenant Voice team would love to hear from you.
