HMS are transforming a disused brownfield site of a former care home on Pensby Old Road in Wirral.

The scheme will sit in sensitively landscaped gardens, providing residents with an attractive shared greenspace and comprises 15 two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent together with cycle and refuse stores.
