HMS was contracted by housing and regeneration group Torus to develop a new apartment block in West Derby.

Working with Atelier 2 Architecture, the build comprises:

• 27 one-bed apartments
• 7 two-bed apartments

The 3 storey block will be accessed by stairs and lift and will benefit from landscaped areas to the perimeter of the building.
