Continuing specialist internal and external works started by Cruden Construction before the organisation went into administration in late 2020, HMS completed a raft of tasks to finish the 130 homes, onsite Bistro, Hair & Beauty Salon, communal areas and gardens at Foundry Wharf.

Electrical, engineering, plumbing, decorating and landscaping works were completed, ensuring delays were minimised and residents could move in as soon as possible.
