52 managers graduate the One Torus Management Development Programme

10 March 2026

We are excited to share that an additional 52 managers have successfully graduated from our One Torus Management Development Programme.

This is our third cohort of colleagues completing the bespoke course, which was co-created by Torus and The Learning Foundry and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

The course involved interactive training workshops over the course of a year, and was designed to equip our managers with the essential skills and confidence needed to lead, develop, motivate, and inspire their teams.

Francesqua Grice, People Business Partner for Learning & Development at Torus, commented:

“It’s a privilege to work for an organisation that not only invests in development but also genuinely celebrates colleagues’ achievements. The programme provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships across the Group while deepening our knowledge and management capabilities, giving us skills that will support both our teams and our own growth. I’ve already begun applying many of the insights gained, and I’m looking forward to continuing to refine these skills. With our next cohort beginning in April, we’re ensuring all our managers are equipped to champion the One Torus approach.”

Congratulations to our dedicated managers and their unwavering commitment to excellence. Their hard work and dedication are instrumental in driving our success and building a positive culture across the Torus Group. We look forward to many more milestones and continued growth together.
