- Employment history
- Income, expenditure and benefit details

- Your bank details
- Qualifications and skills
- Ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion or belief (why?)
- We also ask ‘Is there anything else about you that can help us help you?’
- Type of tenancy – can you elaborate?
- Details of any other support agencies you may be working with
- Details of any positive outcomes you achieve as a result of your contact with the Torus Foundation team.
- Help you find training and skills
- Help you find work
- Help improve confidence, wellbeing and employment skills (such as interview and job search skills)
- Make sure we are helping a wide range of people
- Ensure your income is maximised, for example with claiming benefits.
- So you can pay a financial contribution to the cost of training (in what instance?)
- The Local Authority to assist with safeguarding concerns
- Providers of funding or grants such as the Lottery, Learn Direct, St Helens Council and the Department of Work and Pensions so that we can claim money to provide services to you
- Employers so that we can help you find work
- Training agencies or providers so we can help you improve your wellbeing, confidence, skills and qualifications
