How do I get a rent statement?


Ever wondered how much rent you owe? When your last payment went out or when your next payment's due? Wonder no longer.

We've made it really easy to keep track of your money. You can:

1. Simply text the word 'balance' to 07860 035624 to receive your latest rent balance. You must be the lead tenant and the mobile you text us from must be the one we have linked to your tenancy.  If you've changed your mobile number you can update it in your online account, alternatively email us here.

2. Register for online services where you can see your current balance and all you latest payments

If you haven't registered for online services, it couldn't be easier.

You'll need:

  • An email address
  • A password (make it something memorable)
  • And your tenancy reference number (if you don't know it can email us to request it)

Our online services put all your information at your fingertips.

  • You can view your latest rent statement and all your current payments
  • You can report and schedule repairs
  • You can pay safely and securely
  • You can set up a Direct Debit
  • And you can change or update your personal details

Better still you can do it all without ever picking up the phone!
